WPC production line

 Wpc  Door details: 

1.Wood door adopts the specially-designed SJZ80 or SJZ92 cone twin screw extruder, imported transducer for speed adjusting, and imported RKC temperature control instrument, featuring wide adjusting scope, high temperature control precision, and convenient and reliable operation. 

2.The auxiliary machine comprises vacuum shaping platform, tractor, cutter, and loading rack. 

3.The equipment of large forced refrigeration device ensures the shaping effect of door plates.

4.The cutter is reliable and correct in operation and high in cutting precision. 

5.The loading rack, outfitted with movable loading trolley and special rubber protection layer, doesn't damage any materials and is convenient for use. 

6.The auxiliary machine unit adopts PLC control or domestic famous control system, reliable and stable.
